The "Split"

Not that kind of split... this is only our second entry ;)

We survived our first holiday event as a married couple. We did the ever infamous "split" where we get to see both families and enjoy two Thanksgiving dinners. It went quite well and we were able to make it to both on time.

Of course, we had to make a pit stop home to pick up Maizie for the second dinner at Diana's family. 40 minutes out of the way is never too much. ;)

We have a busy weekend coming up. This Saturday we are taking a trip to NYC. Guess who's tagging along...

On Sunday, Maizie will take her therapy dog test. Wish us luck!

Welcome to our newlywed blog! We promise not to bore you with "lovey-dovey, it's great to be married" stuff. Besides- having a third wheel around leaves little time for romance. I'm sure you will realize quite quickly that our four-legged friend will surely steal the spotlight. :)
